The Identity OS Diagnostic™
A private advisory session designed to help you better understand the patterns shaping your experience so you can begin participating in your life more intentionally.
Sometimes we know something isn't quite working, even when, on paper, life looks good.
You've built a successful career or business. You've accomplished meaningful things. Yet you find yourself carrying more stress, responsibility, pressure, or mental load than you'd like. You may catch yourself reacting in ways that don't reflect who you want to be, or wondering why certain situations seem to repeat themselves despite your best efforts to change them.
That's where the Diagnostic begins.
Together, we'll explore one real situation from your life or work to better understand what's driving your experience. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you see what may have been difficult to see on your own.
Very often, once the pattern becomes visible, everything else begins making more sense.
What Is the Diagnostic?
The Diagnostic is a private, one-time advisory session. During our conversation, we'll identify the underlying beliefs, assumptions, interpretations, and patterns influencing how you make decisions, carry responsibility, respond to uncertainty, and experience your life.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't traditional business consulting. I'm not diagnosing you or teaching another productivity system. We're simply slowing things down long enough to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface.
Once you can see a pattern clearly, you have the opportunity to respond differently. That's where meaningful change begins.
Still curious about the philosophy behind this work?
Ready to get started with your Diagnostic? The first step is to complete this brief intake form. Your responses are confidential and reviewed only in preparation for your session.
Once your intake form is submitted, I will respond within 48 hours to schedule your Diagnostic and send you a payment link.
Who It's For
The Diagnostic is for women who have built meaningful lives but want to experience them differently.
Many of my clients are attorneys, physicians, executives, consultants, entrepreneurs, and other professionals. Others are navigating marriage, caregiving, retirement, or simply a season of transition.
What they have in common isn't their profession. It's a growing awareness that achieving more isn't necessarily the answer. They're looking for a deeper understanding of themselves so they can experience more peace, more freedom, and more enjoyment in the life they've already built.
What We'll Do
We'll take one real situation from your life or work and unpack it together.
We'll separate what happened from the meaning you've assigned to it, identify the underlying pattern shaping your response, and explore how that pattern may be influencing other areas of your life. By the end of our conversation, you'll have a clearer understanding of what's driving your experience and practical insight into what you can begin doing differently.
The goal isn't to analyze your entire life. It's to uncover one pattern that has the potential to change many others.
Common Patterns
Many women discover patterns such as control, over-responsibility, perfectionism, approval-seeking, scarcity, or hyper-vigilance.
These aren't character flaws. In fact, they're often the very patterns that helped you become capable, dependable, and successful. The question isn't whether they're good or bad. It's whether they're still helping you create the experience of life you want today.
For Women Law Firm Owners
I also work with women law firm owners through Thrive Law Life™.
Many firm owners initially believe their biggest challenge is delegation, staffing, email, or time management. Sometimes that's true. More often, those are symptoms of a deeper pattern influencing how they carry responsibility, make decisions, and lead.
When we identify that pattern, many of the day-to-day operational challenges begin looking different. Leadership becomes steadier, decisions become clearer, and running the firm often feels lighter—not because the work has changed, but because your relationship to it has.
Investment
The Identity OS Diagnostic™ is $600.
If we both decide to continue working together within one week of our session, your full investment will be applied toward a private advisory engagement.
Many women choose not to continue beyond the Diagnostic, and that's perfectly fine. My goal is for you to leave our conversation with meaningful insight, practical next steps, and a clearer understanding of one of the most influential patterns shaping your experience.
Not Sure If It's the Right Fit?
I offer a limited number of complimentary 15-minute exploratory conversations.
This isn't a coaching session or an opportunity to solve a problem. It's simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what brings you here, and decide together whether the Diagnostic feels like the right next step.
Client Experience
"Once I saw my pattern, I started catching it in real time and making different decisions. It immediately changed how my day felt."
— Lauren Merritt, Esq.
"Kristen challenged me to think differently about both the practice I want to build and the life I want to live, which has had a lasting impact on how I lead, prioritize, and show up day to day."
— Amanda Lynch Elliott, Esq.
Where to Begin
If this conversation resonates with you, the Diagnostic is the best place to begin.
You'll complete a brief intake form before we meet so I have a sense of what you'd like to explore. During our private session, we'll identify one of the key patterns shaping your experience and discuss practical ways to begin responding more intentionally.
For many women, the Diagnostic provides exactly the clarity they were looking for. If, at the end of our conversation, we both believe there's value in continuing our work together, I'll explain what ongoing private advisory looks like. If not, you'll still leave with meaningful insight and a clearer understanding of yourself.
