Private Advisory

A trusted thinking partner for navigating life with greater clarity, discernment, and intention.

You don't have to be facing a crisis or contemplating a major life change to benefit from having someone thoughtful in your corner.

Sometimes you're navigating an important decision or transition. Sometimes a relationship or situation keeps getting under your skin. And sometimes life is genuinely good, but you recognize that you want to be more intentional about how you're experiencing it, making decisions, and shaping what comes next.

Private Advisory gives you a confidential space to step back from the noise, think out loud, and see your circumstances from a different perspective.

Using the My Thrive Life Framework™, we'll look at what's actually happening, separate facts from the meaning you may be giving them, explore the thoughts and beliefs influencing your experience, and determine how you want to respond.

I won't tell you how to live your life. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, challenge your thinking when appropriate, and help you get to the heart of what really matters so you can make decisions you trust.

What Might We Talk About?

Every woman brings something different—and that's exactly the point.

We might talk about an important decision, a relationship, work, family, a transition, a new opportunity, a recurring frustration, or something you simply can't stop thinking about.

We might also talk about the bigger questions that emerge as life evolves: Am I spending my time the way I want to? What do I want more—or less—of in this season? Are the standards and boundaries I've created still serving me? Am I enjoying the life I've worked so hard to build?

There doesn't have to be a "problem" to solve.

Sometimes the most valuable conversations begin simply because you want to think more deeply and intentionally about the way you're living your life.

What You’ll Develop

The goal of Private Advisory isn't to create dependence on an advisor. Quite the opposite.

Over time, you'll become increasingly skilled at stepping back from your initial reactions, questioning your assumptions, recognizing what is and isn't within your control, and making decisions from a place of greater clarity and discernment.

That can look like less second-guessing, greater confidence in your decisions, stronger standards and boundaries, more thoughtful responses to difficult situations, and a greater ability to remain grounded when life doesn't unfold exactly as you'd hoped.

Ultimately, the goal is simple:

To trust yourself to respond intentionally and with discernment in whatever life brings—and to use that capacity to more fully enjoy the life you're living while consciously shaping what's next.

What Private Advisory Looks Like

Private Advisory is intentionally personal and conversational. There isn't a predetermined curriculum or a list of milestones you need to complete.

We start with your life as it actually is.

Our conversations are guided by what's most relevant to you at the time, while the My Thrive Life Framework™ gives us a consistent way to step back, examine what's happening, and think more clearly about how you want to respond.

Some conversations may focus on something significant. Others may begin with an ordinary situation that turns out to reveal something worth examining.

The common thread is having a thoughtful, objective partner who knows you, understands how you think, and isn't afraid to ask the next question.

Is Private Advisory Right for You?

Private Advisory may be a good fit if you value thoughtful conversation, are willing to examine your own thinking, and want to become increasingly intentional about how you make decisions, navigate relationships and circumstances, and experience your life.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on.

You just need to be curious about what might become possible when you give yourself the space to think differently.

Let's Start With a Conversation

The best way to determine whether Private Advisory is right for you is simply to talk.

An Exploratory Conversation is a relaxed, no-obligation opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what prompted you to reach out, and decide together whether working together makes sense.
